Yep that's what it's gotten to. Harassing someone by existing. Yet another actual serious crime being dumbed down to literal nothingness because people feel bothered by someone's presence even though they are not exclusively targeted.

Is this annoying? Yeah probably. Would I put in the effort to blacklist someone like this? Nah, there are more serious disturbed individuals in this game who deserve that blacklist spot.

They used to actually punish you for simply "existing" in the presence of someone who dislikes you too. Then the RP community got SE to realize this is what a malicious report would be so the GM's were all re-trained.
