How to gear BLM best

I stack m.acc till I hit 559-568 with food (button is damn expensive), but I found out there are too many mobs/bosses are immune to status like Sleep T_T

Wow, very nice. If I may ask, what's your gear setup to achieve that M.ACC amount? (I'm guessing you might have Triple Melds for INT / AMP as well?)
