They have single-player ultimates homie. It's called <<The Necromancer>> and if you want easier versions of that they got <<Lone Hero>> and <<Once and Future [[King/Queen]]>>. Grind it up.
Sorry too much work, have a new 20$ mogstation mount/outfit instead!

I agree and you should only be able to acquire the weapon on the job you completed it with, to take something off the top then as well.
Yea but I think difference is that while you're inside of the duty your super weapon is replaced visually with Deep Dungeon weapon model, so not having them is a deal breaker, whilst old ultimates? we view them as glamours but they don't see a purpose hence why we are not getting them, it's not like gonna put a UWU ultimate as your leveling weapon on your Viper bc it's a lvl 70 weapon while viper starts at 80. Same reason why we don't get old weapons for tombstone gear, ex weapons (even the dyable versions) etc. I don't agree with this but that's the mindset they have. They added new job weapons to Deep Dungeons, so it's strange that old Ultimates haven't. (I *might* look into them since my FC has a swath of newbie players that are curious and I'd have a group to grind with... but still missing some of my fav job's weapons does hurt that motivation.)

Yeah not with that attitude for sure lmao.Ultimates need to have a f...ng solo option first, same goes for all other raids. Yes, this is a single player game and everybody can easily see through the 8-man pseudo difficulty anyway. There's zero real cooperative play in this game it's like a shooter from the 90s in coop mode has more depth.
But I suppose someone good beating all Ultimates on a weekend would dent Yoshis ego too hard.
And I will repeat it just for clarity. Square Enix you need to wake up to the actual reality your game finds itself in. And that is that the huge majority of players don't actually want to interact with each other.
Through twilight, we endure.

I would love solo option to deal with an ultimate for now i'am waiting hours over the hours on EU / Light ( what is supposed to be more active ) to just seek and fill up a grup to do the TEA.
Someone could say - Find a static avoid PF Grups - I tried for a while now people are not intrested on doing that! Yes on most popular raiding discord!
With Solo I could just prog what I want to finish each day.

They said they'd do it but I'm pretty sure it was just another one of YoshiP's lies. Which is weird because at the start of the expansion, they added Viper and Picto weapons for The Omega Protocol but nothing else.
They really don't.
Ultimates are exactly as the name suggest, difficult content meant for groups to tackle.
If you want hard solo content then a MMO is the wrong genre of game for you.
This is an MMO, It's fine for some content to require you to actually interact with other players.
Ultimates are not meant to be for everyone, they're meant for dedicated groups of players who want to tackle challenging content together.
The End Game for the most part should require a group and interaction with others players to clear.
If you can't handle that then I'd recommend a game like Borderlands 4.

Ultimates need reward pool expansion for sure.
Why do we not get Cruise Chaser mount from TEA?
Why do we not get Ryne and Gaia outfits from FRU? Why can't we get wings from latest phase of FRU from FRU?

You're playing an MMO, Ultimates are meant to be content for a group of people to do, like an MMO. There's plenty of other content in this game that you can do solo that can be challenging.Ultimates need to have a f...ng solo option first, same goes for all other raids. Yes, this is a single player game and everybody can easily see through the 8-man pseudo difficulty anyway.
