
This is more in reference to end game Content, like EX and SavageOkay here going any further is this in regards to dungeons? Because I have no idea why you would count TBN as HPS and care about average mitigation rather than ability to put mitigation up for a single hit
Because outside of dungeons calling TBN HPS is close to ridiculous and nothing but long dungeon pulls cares about average mitigation over time
it's also much easier to calculate a 25% hp shield as equal to a 25% heal than as a flat mitigation. tbh that's kinda all it is, it's just a heal that can go over your max.
