Putting a barrier before final bosses

I always ready check for the final boss. Four times out of five, everyone waits until the cutscenes finishes.

Not entirely against it... but a barrier should only exist if someone in the duty is new, if there isn't then there is no reason for it.

Good. If you can't wait 30 seconds for your RANDOM party members then you don't deserve the bonus rewards.

Yeah, add them to MSQ roulettes while at it, because people care for 10-15 sec cutscene where the boss basically just "spawns".

Some people have a job and limited time to play games so when I'm home, I want to do my roulettes, I don't care for the extra 5000 gil, or the extra 10 poetic tomes.

Wow you got some nice groups. Ever since like...5.3 it's been the reverse for me.
