    I mean... they could just keep adding wards as houses are purchased and let you choose the size of the house on your plot, no lotto, no pity, just purchasing. It's 2025 and they got more than enough money for server space to make it happen. Just limit houses to one per server, one per FC so people don't have 20 houses across alts and badaboom badabing, everyone is happy.
