I just don't get why the number of waards for housing don't adapt with the number of player. When on a lotery there is only 1 house like it's the case on Jenova, and that many players are homeless, why don't they simply increase from 30 ->45 the number of wards in each area?

Solutions exists, they wanted to be fair by putting a lotery system, but many players can't get their hands on a house.

Will adding those area make SE go bankrupt and their servers burning?

I know I'm not the first one to suggest simple solution, it just feels like SE doesn't give a shit about homeless players.

It is simply so called "housing crisis" is a fake issue
You have options of sharing feature for Personal (share with other 3 players on your friend list), FC room, and apartment.
There is no "homeless" to begin with; it was just people want their "ideal"

SE has the real number of how many people actually actively accessing housing feature and that number clearly not worth for another release

I think your statement is as false as the so-called “housing crisis.”
The number of FC plots is restricted.
There are far too many personal (PC) ownerships in grandfathered wards, and I’m fairly certain these owners won’t—or can’t—convert them into FC plots, especially when it comes to anything above medium-sized plots.
You might see available FC plots in less populated data centers, but definitely not in the original NA, EU, or JP data centers.

I think it is better if they just MERGE DATA CENTER with NA, EU and OCE. To make OCEANA SERVER ALIVE! We have alot of plots here in OCE mostly MANSIONS in every town. But the server in exchange is UNPLAYABLE

It looks good for their metrics. Players who actively participate in the ward plots usually will show up on the monthly active users and quarterly active users.

I think that is a good thing. For better or for worse. In the long term

The easier it is to acquire a house, the fewer inactive players will keep their subscriptions active to keep them from auto-demolishing.
