Forked Tower is getting a fix I think I wasn't clear on the details.

But that's true, the lack of Bonus dungeons is starting to be really noticeable.

It's one of the reasons why a Variant Dungeon would fit so nicely for this patch. It sort of fills the void that itch that bonus dungeons used to scratch.

It is still going to be horrible on those doing relic armor as it is, the top 1% or less will do their best to out shame people from entering.

It'll be fine, there's gonna be lots of discord groups - in fact, many already exist. So get the Armor and stuff at your own pace. According to statistics, there have only been 400 clears.

You'll be able to get through Forked Tower. I know I'll get through there eventually. So hold strong - You'll be able to do it, it'll probably be easier as time goes on too ^v^ It won't just be for the top 1%

The "fix" is simply allowing 48-man premades to enter South Horn together. Nothing else is being changed, tho Yoshi P did make some vague comment about "reducing the difficulty in the future".

the difficulty isn't the issue though.. i've cleared with people who don't raid savage/ultimates at all.

forked tower isnt difficult. The bosses are like 4-5 min versions of easier ex primals, nothing crazy

its time consuming and you are not allowed to mess around much, but the mechs itself are very mediocre. You also always have people that do callouts for everyone and most of the times you can simply follow someone

Overreaction.

First of all, you're not going to get every piece of content day 1. It's going to be staggered.
Second, sometimes it's ok to just not sub for a month or two. There are plenty of other games, which want to be played.
Third, you've listed quite an amount of content. It just feels less to you, cause you're just not interested in most of these thus not in the game.

No, stop making excuses for mediocrity. The base 7.3 expansion will launch with essentially nothing. It's not. Week worth of msq, it's maybe 6 hours and then an alliance raid which will take 2 at most. 8 hours worth of content to spread over two weeks followed by new cosmic to keep you busy for 2 months. Everything else will be 7.35 which, tbh I'm excited for the deep dungeon, but beast tribes are 10 minutes of content a day (if that) and the relic doesn't appear to expand on OC.

This game, despite what yoshi-p said, is meant to be a forever game. He did suggest playing other games at one point, but he likely meant to take a break if you are feeling burnt out, not to sub for one month and quit for 3 because there is no content to do.

I just don't understand where the "this isn't enough content" argument is coming from.

I've been playing since 2.0 launched and THERE ARE STILL THINGS I HAVE NEVER ACHIEVED IN THIS GAME. Stuff like climbing to floor 200 of PoTD. hell, I haven't even finished Eureka Orthos... it's yet another thing on my mega backlog of todo list.

I still haven't caught Elan Skaad. (@#$% you, Salad.) Or Cinder Surprise. Or Ruby Dragon. Went Ocean Fishing for the first time in a year last night and got the friggin 10k achievement for One River, netting me a new minion and reminding me there is still so much Ocean Fishing I've yet to do.

I still haven't gotten BLU to 80 or finished out the last of the goals there, or done any BLU challenge logs, or finished collecting all the spells, or....

I am missing SOOOO many PVP achievements and records.

I'm still missing a handful of EX trial clears that I need to go back and do. I've never done an Ultimate. I didn't tackle this last tier of Savage (even though I want to cosplay Sugar Riot.)

I'm a middle aged adult with a career and a spouse, although I don't have kids. I do know folks who have kids who somehow even manage to raid. (Thankfully, none of them are complaining about not having anything to do in this game. They're all proper casuals. They have to be!)

Content that doesn't interest me != There is no content to do in this game.

There are just conflicting standards and viewpoints, you can't please both the jp and na/eu communities at the same time. They essentially would have to create two versions of the game, where it would be the current theme park version for JP and for the west it would be a version with a lot more sandbox feel and individualism more like WoW or GW2.
