Heritage Found in general is a nightmare. It's like someone just discovered FFX and thought the Thunder Plains needed ten times the lightning and twice the contrast.

Actually examples would be good - I took 4 screenshots from videos to showcase some of the more painful things to look at it for extended periods of time, in images and videos its somewhat okay but when you do it in the fight with multiple raidwide flashes in quick succession it's simply way too much

If you are linking them from a discord link, they just straight up disappearing after some days. Upload them in somewhere like imgur then use that link instead to keep them visible here for as long as possible.
