The only ‘fix’ I could think of is to limit ‘basic classes’ participation to full premades. Anything beyond lv35 without full premades should automatically prevents queueing.

They’ve done this on PvP queues. Although funnily enough you can still switch to basic classes inside Frontlines after commencing the duty lol.

This way you can still play goofily (for whatever reason in your paper) with friends.

If you missed your job stone because you weren't aware of it despite everyone else around you being a different job, someone will tell you
If were aware and don't want it, that is your choice. It is not always done maliciously

I was once running level 90 raids with my FC using Duty Finder, and during one run we got a sprout Bard. Without fail, they would use LB1 every time it was available. After the second time we told them 'hey, it's better to save LB to level 3 in raids, because it does exponentially more damage at higher levels and healers can use LB3 to rez everybody in case of emergencies'

They responded by saying 'but I can usually use LB1 four times in a raid, wouldn't that be better?' We explained that a single LB3 does more damage than three LB1s, and they responded by never speaking in chat again... and continuing to waste LB1s.

Some people don't take advice. The rest of us shouldn't be dragged down by them.

LBs are a different story, but making it so you can't use the Duty Finder to queue into 50+ content without job stones seems like a very fair solution.

You want to do stupid class only runs? Good for you, queue by yourself, with friends, or use PF.
You're entirely ignorant of job quests? Hard sell, considering you haven't missed the 'Current Main Scenario Quest' hud element up to this point, and it very nicely shows your job quests literally on top of it.

This made me remember...I had a 7/8 premade in Orbonne of people without job stones, it wasn't the 'oh guise sorry we forgor'. No thanks. That's just griefing...

See that's the wonderful thing, I don't need to. You already did it yourself. By your own admission you've done this multiple times. You and your friends essentially own multiple plots for your own benefit, when people have complained about the lack of housing for years. You are claiming multiples of something that is already in limited supply, sorry but your motivations don't make you better than the sub milkers. You are still hoarding housing even if you aren't doing so intentionally.

Everyone has an fc they live in, and we're allowed to decorate inside it. We congregate on one friends fc if they are hosting on an entire server

Begging SE to remove systems from the game, babysit people harder and dumb it down even more instead of build upon is an atrocity

Instead, do something positive like add and improve upon what we have. Add a tutorial menu pop up at 30, let there be a 5 or 10% exp earring anyone can have that goes up until level 50 that everyone would love to have

Do you? Do you really? Because it seems you continue to miss the point, the point being that your actions could possibly have a negative impact. But by your own logic you cannot possibly negatively impact others because you didn't mean to. You don't like the idea of a system because it would get in your way. Your intent may not be malicious but it sure does give it.

I don't miss the point, because we keep to ourselves and only create
We play together, we build in our own free companies together. You don't see us
We don't mass-own wards. We stay in our own little place

Yet the removal of these systems will bring us great pain. So I instead suggest to improve them, rather than remove them
