Minor NPCs you'd like to see more of

I hope we’ll get to see more of the Majestic theatre company. Their ship had a cameo in EW, but it was a shame that we didn’t get to see anyone.

They have a lot of potential to make for an interesting company in any story and Ramza promised WoL to write a play about their adventures after all, so some more direct ones wouldn’t hurt lol

I can't really think of many.

Most of them seem rooted to their homelands or locations unless someone in a higher position orders then out. which basically just becomes MSQ relevant or Background story you don't see.
(Like when everyone talks to each other about certain procurement of materials.)

We obviously didn't see any involvement from the tribes/society's we aided beyond their quests.

And in ARR zones, they just made a alternative figure head for them.


Maybe someone out there would be interested in how the kobold kid, or Aided people in amh araeng are doing.

I guess, simply conjure up a reason for them to move, or reason for us to head to their general vicinity and it's all settled.

The major reason rn, would be if we had to retrace history.

One of the most underutilized side characters the writers forgot about many times..... Krile.

On a more serious note I'd love to meet M'naago again and do something with her. She did her best for so long and deserves a break just like WoL deserves a break. Saving the world and then having to deal with Wuk was so stressful.
And although we already will get more content with her, I still wanna do more with the best cat of Dawntrail. Yaana.

I've always felt it would add flavor if recognizable NPCs turned up in high traffic areas occasionally just doing regular things. Half a dozen bunnies from Rak'tika shopping for shoes in Sapphire Avenue, for example.

I love seeing notable NPCs (like Alpha for instance) out in the world in random spots, but I’ve often wished we could have a few activities with some of the more major NPCs that we could do on a random basis to help fill the time between patches. The Scions for instance, I assume they’re spinning their wheels waiting for the next plot point like we are… so let’s hang out with our friends! We could go barhopping with Thancred, or maybe help him pick out a gift for Ryne and go deliver it to her. Or learn how to paint with Krile. Or meet Y’shtola for tea and talk about her latest line of research. Or go stargazing with Urianger. Or visit some of our allies like Hien or Lyse or the GC leaders, and get more than one line of text, if you can even find them anywhere. Just little activities to make the world and its main characters feel more alive. Nothing that would interfere with the MSQ, unless they want to pepper in a few hints for upcoming story just for the fun of it, or they could use them to add more character lore and depth.

But for a simpler answer, definitely Hilda. And bonus points if you talk to her after we can finally wear her hairstyle and she comments on it. lol

I always had a soft spot for Chuchuto, it made me happy to see her show up later in MSQ at some spots if you had done the Monk questline, but It would be cool to go in an adventure with them

Same can be said for other Job quest NPCs, or role quest NPCs that are kinda stuck in their questlines. Giott also comes to mind, the drunk dwarven warrior from the first

And while I never fully liked Fordola, she is also a great candidate for characters to explore

Bring back the Sky Pirates. I'd rather another adventure with that crew than most of the newer cast introduced in Dawntrail.
Though a mentoring journey with Bakool Ja Ja would be another idea, just because both heads can keep their mouths shut longer than a certain cat we all have had to speak to repeatedly.

Absolutely Fordola and Arenvald or Sadu and Magnai for me. Great chemistry between those character pairs.
