She gets kidnapped by Bakool Ja Ja and 30 minutes later beats him easily with a literal random shounen power up.

It was much longer than 30 minutes by any metric. It sounds like you've skipped the cutscenes. Otherwise you would remember the time the WoL was knocked unconscious by a scullery MAID with a mug of ALE, then one patch later somehow DEFEATED the dreadwyrm NIDHOGG in combat. Omg what's with this power-scaling???

1. The fight with Bakool Ja Ja was in 2 half-areas after the kidnapping (Southern Urqopacha, northern Yak T'el). Not much time had passed, even in universe.
2. The WoL was poisoned/drugged, not knocked unconscious by a maid wielding a mug, and had already been a seasoned god killing adventurer at that point.
