    I think most adjustments are based on forum feedback, so I think it is good and fast. So thumbs up SE.

    Do I think it is less a of a slaughterhouse now, suitable for Ranked? No, not really. Would need big changes for that I guess. I often feel like I die by damage that is not even targeted at me specifically, like being snapshot by Ast or Whm aoe at max range. Not sure if people need more HP or better healing or better mitigation.
    Viper really needed help in FL. AST would still be strong if they only had a one-way dash, but this helps a bit. Still think the big issue is hit detection/animation lock.

    That's the one place it doesn't need help. Just be wary of SAMs (easier said than done but possible), MNKs... .. .. RPR LBs, DNC LBs, and you're fiiiiine. No really I'm not being sarcastic for once, its kit is a meme that works in mass PvP. Really quite well if you have the luxury of babysitters and/or not treated like a bounty target too much.

    As for the OP, well it's already been said. You've likely only seen high damage from perpetually ignored vipers for the most part. The patch notes sure made me groan, and I have a couple quick tests to do while in-game but for the most part... yeah... it's not the most ideal change. Making -50% damage taken not drop during Blacklash would've been a great start tbh.

    K, I don't play VPR, they just weren't on my radar as a threat.
