server maintenence ruins the "predict the fall of garuda" event?

If they start from 0min at time of maintenance then its like everyone has a 2-hour advantage

if they counted 2 hours, and start from 2 hours, the time will end up taking longer as a lot of the parties formed at the end of maintenance will have to-reform and prob wont have all the members on anymore (especially ppl in est timezone)

So no matter what happens the contest ends up kinda unfair turning from a "prediction" to a random lottery.. Just seems kind of lame.

Count the two hours before maintenance, dont count the 5 hour maintenance, continue counting after maintenance. It ruins nothing.
