    I've a theory for why this is happening. The gravitational push from Dalamud is so strong people are being rooted/pushed to the ground unable to move. Those who d/ced were hit with falling debris which in turn killed their characters, hence them not appearing in the char selection screen.

    It probably will be, from the time the servers went live until Garuda finally goes down it'll likely be counted still. But question about that is I ponder if they'll count it when normal Garuda falls, or the hard battle one. I didn't expect they'd make a hard battle in addition to a normal one.

    I had this problem also. tried telaporting and then got frozen for about 15 min. Then the server crashed. Kinda hard to be the first at anything when the game does not work .

    My whole linkshell is having same issue, apparently everyone in Grid is frozen as well, heh.
