FFXI Alliance raid really. Everything else (including MSQ) during DT will be skipped (I just dont want anymore wuk lamat at this point-- and yoship basically said "here's more of her coming to 7.1-7.3. please look forward to it). Either the raid gear from XIs raid is actual XI gear, or I'm dropping my house, sub, and going back to XI full time

I unsubbed for the first time in more than 1000 days just after 7.05. There is nothing to do, my whole fc quit the game.

Been playing since the Great Wow Exodus a couple years back. Got burned out raiding in Wow and enjoy a much more relaxed atmosphere in Eorzia.

Things that keep me coming back, in no particular order would be

*My FC mates - have made so many friends and enjoy chatting with peeps from all over the globe. Have made some lifelong friendships and quite enjoyable chatting with them on a daily basis

*Crafting - crafting is my happy place. Something very zen about gathering and making stuff

*Marketboard pvp - absolutely love fking with the bots on the marketboard and crashing ridiculously high priced items, all while making a very tidy profit

*Mount collecting, at least those that can be purchased on the MB.

Still have a lot to do from a collection standpoint - minions and barding will be the next big push

All in all it's just a nice way to relax and unwind after a long workday.

I honestly enjoyed the MSQ and don't understand what all the hoopla is about with the hate towards some of the new characters.

My wife likes to level alts and playing is something we do together. I'd get to omnicrafting in previous expacs because flying around clicking nodes and punching up quick macros was something you could idly do off and on. Now everything is reliant on 10-20% drops and FATE grinding. Combat jobs feel clunky and unsatisfying, dungeons feel formulaic and bland, and I don't like high end raiding. I'd have been out the moment the last nasal voice crack left the singer of Smile's mouth if I didn't have someone to play with. This expac is bad enough that I'd even part with my medium plot.

I'm only here because I don't want to lose my house. Originally I was planning to replay ARR-SB very slowly and in detail for lore after DT but the graphics update killed that desire for me. I want to go through it with my character, that was the point. I also used to spend a lot of time doing gposes but the face changes, unnatural emotes, and janky housing lighting makes it way more limited than it used to be.

I'm only here because of my static's chill vibes and a faint hope for cosmic exploration. I was hoping about getting more space travel shenanigans in Dawntrail (even before it was revealed as a beach episode).

A few things
My FC, Been playing this game for 4 years and in that time struggled to find an FC which I felt was a good fit, 6 months ago I stumbled across one and they are amazing, so much fun, super nice, super chill, lots going on

With that we have different events each evening, old mount hunting, Maps, Fates etc keeps it fun even if I don't need the stuff just helping new people

Also this is the first time I have ever done savage content, we have a static now, only started 3 weeks ago so still progging m4

So yeah im really loving the game atm and am really hyped for the new alliance raid, alliance savage, EX3 and unreal

Just so you guys know if you are in NA you don't have to stay just to keep your house. Auto-demo has been suspended in NA. If you've been inside your house after it was suspended, your timer will be frozen at 45 days remaining and it won't start counting down until auto-demo is turned back on (this will be announced on the Lodestone).

honestly not much even LVL is kinda boring and as a main healer and poor work schedule it feel like well my favorite job just isn't needed anymore so I just wish a fix and more midcore content too if the rest of the expension isn't better then endwalker was(easy to beat) I aren't staying at all

the only reason i play is because of MCH. to me it is the best feeling/playing job with a lot of nice visuals. how long that lasts, who knows. been dropping the game on/off several times since I started playing late ARR
