Me & Wife are super casual. We sometimes only login once or twice a week to cap tomestone. Collected from PvP, A Hunts & Expert Roulette.
I just max 6.0 beast tribe rank 2 weeks ago, yet to start on Island Sanctuary.
Not in any particular order.
1) 24 man raid collab with FF11 or collecting blings from other 24man alliance raid. (Still missing a few pcs from 6.0)
2) House
4) PvP seasonal gears/mounts.
5) Events. Some bad but so are so damn good. Always love summerfest ones.
6) Love anime/manga style MMO.
7) Mog store cool blings/mounts.
I enjoyed the MSQ despite its flaws. Sure, things could've been better, but I was promised a vacation arc and got it with a sizable helping of action to boot. I get why people dislike Wuk Lamat, but she doesn't really deserve the rabid, frothing hatred she gets nor the strawmanning from the playerbase.
Besides that, I have a wonderful FC to run content and hang out with, including stuff I'd be queasy to tackle in Party Finder like Extreme and Savage content. Weekly map nights, fun events like races through deep dungeons, and the general sense of community and belonging.
I'm also a proud and happy mentor in the Gilgamesh Novice Network who enjoys providing advice and rendering aid when I'm available.
I've never played FFXI but I've enjoyed all the Alliance Raids except for NieR so I'm stoked for this next one.
Honestly, my house and collecting glamour. bout it now that i did the raid tier
The only reason I resubbed was because a couple of friends of mine wanted me too. Quite honestly I'm going to cancel the sub again when the three months are done and me resubbing later will depend on if Yoshi P can get his shit back together with this game and stop being so out of touch. I'm also not even going to bother doing the storyline when it comes out. They've pretty much lost a Legacy player due to all this crap with the story among other things.
Edit: it's a sad time for me seeing Yoshida, Naoki turn into another Tanaka.

I have a secret to tell. From my electrical well. It's a simple message and I'm leaving out the whistles and bells. So the room must listen to me Filibuster vigilantly. My name is blue canary one note* spelled l-i-t-e. My story's infinite Like the Longines Symphonette it doesn't rest- TMBG Birdhouse in your Soul
A huge THANK YOU!!!! For FINALLY selling the Meteor Survivor Polo on the store. AND a huge thanks to my friend who bought it for me while he was at Fan Fest!!! YES I finally have my POLO!!!
Pvp... I'll be gone when frontline starts to bore me.
The content that I haven't done yet. Which includes some raids of various difficulties (extreme, savage, ultimate, criterion, because while I've done many there ones I didn't get round to/commit to yet), deep dungeon solos, duels, grinds I haven't finished (about to finish the island sanctuary one), still leveling all jobs and doing mentor roulette grind, need to start map and FATE farms soon, things like that.
If I had finished all content somehow and was bored I'd probably just do something like spawning S ranks or pugging random stuff in PF (sometimes new stuff, sometimes MINE parties).
Or I might go back to what I started wanting which was RP.
Reasons I currently have an active sub:
1. I have a house that I don't want to lose.
Things I do to justify paying the sub fee:
1. PVP is kinda fun most of the times.
2. PVP in 7.1 may be good still.
Nothing much, reclears once per week cause raids are still fun and time invested ig, it’s hard to let it go after years of playing. But If devs won’t change the formula I’m not even sure if I’ll be interested in playing 8.0 or even 7.x, I’ll just watch the msq on yt and that’ll be enough.
