I don't know how well this is going to work but...

• Vote for the *1* improvement that you most want to see next/ASAP in XIV BY GIVING IT A 'LIKE'
• Please do not vote for more that *1* as this will just water which you want 'next'. (The producers have limited resources, so your never going to get everything.)
• Try to think about what is going to make 'you' actually unsub if your patience runs out. (Don't try to predict what will make others leave, that's what their 'like/vote is for.)
• If you don't see what's important to you then reply with a post to offer it up for votes.
• Please keep suggestions to 2 'short' sentences with no commas. What you want. And the most important essence of why.
• If you want to suggest more than one thing, use a new reply post for each item.
• Really try to check your suggestion isn't already there. If you split hairs or engage in being pedantic you will only dilute suggestions, and give others the advantage.
• Try to keep your suggestion as abstract as possible. Where you think appropriate try to focus on the problem, not the solution, unless your certain there is only one solution you would ever accept.
• Please do not engage in discussion unless your intention is to sabotage this, as it will. You will bury the suggestions. For the same reason if you make a suggestion, 2 sentences only. To allow those who love the role to feel like they are participating and there is some point to their playing.

Because that's the most important thing and will compensate for any and all other ills. (not sure what to put for why, its complex.)

more variety in gears, better gear progression (make dungeons gears relevant even for endgame not just for glam). having more than two options for BiS.
make substats have a real impact (outside of crit and dh) to add more playstyle possibilities

Unrestricted Glamour
Glamour is one of the game's biggest appeals to a lot of players, but its being restricted by level and Role/Job severely limits freedom of expression. I don't think the common arguments against it hold up anymore when considering some of the more recent additions to the game such as All Classes heavy armour, being able to toggle a player's Role/Job showing up in chat and above their head, but also the sheer amount of gear that goes against (or straight up doesn't match) its associated Role, particularly when you consider Jobs' different aesthetics, with Aiming (MCH and BRD and DNC all have very different vibes) and, to a lesser extent, Casting (RDM and floor length robes seems like a bad mix) probably being the worst offenders

Change up the Dungeon Formula away from Wall to Wall and Boss x3
It's what you mostly play and your just not finding them at all replayable.

Bridge the difficulty gap between Casual content and Extreemes
Because casual content is perhaps excessively too easy and Extremes almost feels like a completely different game that people are needlessly put off with their first attempts.

Finish the races so they have access to the same hair/hats as every other race.
I can be patient with lots of things, but being denied access to content I paid for is still, after all this time, incredibly infuriating. Also, then the rest of you don't have to read it on every thread/post/comment. It truly is a win win for everyone.
