I have one single strategy for the fight: Enter, max volume, go to some corner, enjoy music.

I suspect by looking at the HP of the Garuda in the background, it has been beaten down a lot more than the main Garuda in the foreground, that it may not be a full power duplicate.

Also the names are different (I dont understand Japanese, but you can tell that they have different names), it would be interesting if we can get a translate on the names

Hint: The main Garuda is the one in the far back. Use the minimap to figure that out :P

Also no stone pillars, so this seems to be post-astral flare.

You can also see that the one being attacked has nearly full HP, would be crazy if she regen to full! Also the War is tanking the other one far off XD

Could be that she draws power from them, so you need to defeat them to weaken her.
