I think it'd be nice if people added their specs to this, it'd be interesting to see and if there's an issue maybe a bug report can be made with information gathered about performance issues maybe?

You are right. It might expose a pattern.
And I just brought up my Mac's game to look at that. M1 mini with only 8GB on Sonoma. No matter what options I chose under shadows LOD or resolution, I couldn't move from 18fps. Indoors or outdoors, However, that is with Wine there, using Apple's on-chip video. To me, that the tiny device just chewed through without blinking (albeit slow).
The Windows machine is pretty big and is jumping around, but not much can phase it and it's rarely under 100fps, so not a great tester for render pipeline performance issues. 4090/12900K/96GB/NVME/Win11 (zero overclocking).
The other setting that could be interesting to report is full screen, windowed, or borderless. My windows machine is borderless onto a 5K monitor.

Your rig is pretty high end, that's why I thought it's better if people mention their specs since if someone has a great rig, they might just weather/not notice any issues. You are right. It might expose a pattern.

Honestly I'd like to visit someone's house who is having these issues to test it myself, not sure if someone is comfy with that.
If I unlock my FPS it's usually 80ish, previously 130ish before the update. However my framerate drops to 30 in alliance raids and at times I get stutters during some raidwides.
I am not sure if I should report this.
My house has no verdant partitions yet when I enter it I can hear the fans picking up. Since the graphical upgrade I've noticed this 'I'm about to take off' sound at times. My FPS unlocked remains around 80 unlocked and 60 locked.
Specs
2080TI | i9-9900K | 32.0 GB RAM | No SSD | WIN10
Borderless Windowed.
Good idea, these are my laptop specs:
MSI GF65
Intel Core i5-10500H
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050
16gb RAM
256GB NVMe SSD
Windows 11
Housing is the ONLY thing that causes significant frame drops for me.
Edit: I also usually run borderless windowed.
