For positives, I'd like to see more about the new exploration content (the Bozja/Eureka style content they promised).
I'd also like them to acknowledge the Fem Hroth rigging problems.

Plz, correct me if I'm wrong.
But didn't Yoshi P felt that there maybe contention with how DT would be received.
(That he stated something along the lines of. that the follow up with the story may switch tracks/not lead with their first plans or something like that.)
[Aka, he already had hunches before launch. and was waiting for impact.]
I'd hate if we never find out what world lore or other things we may miss out on cause of the story reception over all.
but if it must be moved away from. then so be it.

as for the whole expecting for the LL, based on what OP said.
I don't really got nothing.
Maybe just talking about the reception of how they locked the servers. A tiny bit more info on how they "plan" without necessarily telling us exactly how.(as usual) do they plan to build the communities in Abandoned/Benifited->Forgotten DCs.
Everyone expects job topics, so I don't really care to go over that. wouldn't be surprised if they did or didn't go over it.
Upcoming content, likely. maybe clarification of some contents schedule. or what they actually planned for it. As we don't know the future plans for some specific content yet.
Generally Setting up the future of 7.x Patches.

As for what I really want to see. If they mention anything about RegionWide Options(if they found a solution yet, or not)
If they have any solutions for Glamour System to be remade/better. If not, then assume nothing is in the works.
Improvements to Facewear system. Including some items to it. Etc Etc.

Asides that, don't care as much.
Most could agree that the Battle Content has been in a good and decent position so far.
From MSQ Tier Content, all the way to what some expect The First Raid Tier of Savage to be like.
That they will fix this botched graphical upgrade that's full of bugs and causing eye strain to many.
I'd like to hear:
1) The awkward Alexandria story arc will end in 7.3 and we will never have to go back outside of spending tomestones in 7.4-7.55. Or have them announce that edgy streetkid techo vibe of Alexandria is going to be the game's aesthetic going forward so those of us that dislike it intensely can avoid future disappointment.
2) We're getting the promised housing updates in 7.1 along with the Housing Mirage rumored features.
3) Special worlds are being added to become high end content hubs (EX, Savage, Ultimate only; no character creation on these worlds). That way friends trying to visit friends to do casual content together aren't impacted by players dogpiling on already congested worlds.
4) The problem of cross-world retainer access is solved and will be added before end of expansion.
5) Linkshell and cross world linkshell member limits are increased at the very least. Even better if they function like NN (no limit on total members, just a 512 limit on concurrent users so as someone logs out, someone else can get in).
6) Cross world FCs are enabled (though probably still limited by logical data center). FC chat already functions during world visit so why not?
He did. He said the developers were encouraged to try new things this expansion instead of "playing it safe" and that future content decisions would be impacted by player reception.
I'm all for that. Sometimes you need to take risks for new ideas to take root and grow.
But I had thought he was referring to content design, not the game's aesthetic. The dark, morose and fake aesthetic of Alexandria is 100% a turn-off to me (those backdrops do not look real in any sense). I would never have picked the game up if that had been a significant aesthetic theme when I first started.
I know it does appeal to other players and I don't want it taken away from them if they're now a majority of the player base. I just want to know if the game is going to continue in that direction so I can get rid of what I've acquired and passed my gil to my FCs before I quit.

I really don't expect any apology or anything close to it. The most I expect and hope for is a standard "we've heard all your feedback" message. The implication of such a statement is clear enough without them having to shit on their writers.
Other than that I'd just like them to focus on cool things that will come with the next updates. Tease some Beastmaster stuff for instance. Acknowledge that we need glamour changes/updates. Show the new exploration zone. Just stuff to make us hyped and hopeful again for the rest of the expansion.
7.1 is the real xpac launch. If there are no significant gameplay changes as it should be expected, I'll have 0 hope left for DT. That being said there's room for content in 7.1.
Man, what are y'all smoking?
They're going to give a story trailer, they're going to share minor details about custom deliveries and the alliance raid (maybe criterion), preview of cosmic/new eureka/ultimate. That's it. That's what they always are.
I could care less about them gesticulating about the MSQ. "Ohhh, we're so sorry that you didn't like our story, westerners, we heard that you like your media lame over there--" shut up bro.
Tell me about the plans for job design going forward, and whether or not they're going to fix AST any time between now and 8.0.

The menacing aura of every Lalafell.
I would like a transparent roadmap of content they are actively working on. I don't even need a timeline, would just be nice to know that someone is aware and is working on things that the community has contentions with. I may not agree with all of it, but everyone has a different experience and while not all feedback is good, all of it is important.
Dark Knight is in a sorry state and should be reworked for PvP as well as PvE (way too strong in PvP and too weak/gutted play style in PvE). Tanks shouldn't be invincible against bosses and rather than nerf tanks or remove their utility, just buff the damage that bosses inflict with auto attacks in normal content. Healers in normal content now have a little more to do and I like that but I rarely have a reason to look at my tank's health. I like the changes made to jobs overall but I'm very curious to see what they're planning for future progression. I don't think it would be a bad idea at this point to revisit the Class/Job system and consider making alternate jobs/specializations for progression past 100, it could be an interesting way to add Jobs in the future without needing to design a totally new weapon and gear set for them.
I've wondered if the solution to this isn't reworking how level sync works. It would be a massive change, but I think if people didn't feel like they lost half of their job when they got synced down, SE might not have such a hard time getting players in to older content, or helping new players get through the story. It couldn't hurt to look at a few jobs and consider how their skills are dispersed through levels, too, maybe introduce some job-specific mechanics earlier. With each expansion, the game becomes more tedious for those who intend to start playing, and now we have 100 levels separating us from a friend who just installed the game. Many people I knew gave up playing because they were playing alone, as most of the time you have to do these quests to reach the maximum level, where your friends will finally be waiting for you. It's time to see what they plan to do about this.
It's problematic to view it as tedious, though. There is more content to go through before new players can get caught up, but those new players will be experiencing the game and story for the first time. They don't need a way for players to catch up more quickly, they just need to make it more worthwhile and enjoyable for all players to go through that old content so that there is no feeling of a great chasm between new players and old. PvP is an example where this doesn't need to matter. In theory, zones like Eureka and Bozja, or even deep dungeons, don't need to be restrictive to who can enter, either. Gold Saucer doesn't care about progression. They could build on these foundations they laid a long time ago and it would go a long way.
