Excuse me? There's a serious congestion problem atm. I'm stuck in crystal limbo because all of Crystal suddenly is congested and i cant access my character

The congestion IS NOT critical, as it seems. Square Enix is intentionally restricting server access, forcing players to switch to less crowded ones. In contrast to the Endwalker release, there are no extreme queues to enter the game, and the existing travel restrictions seem unnecessary. Moreover, these restrictions are causing significant distress for many. The absence of communication and adequate chance for players to relocate their characters before these measures were introduced only exacerbates the situation.
