Do we have a actual quote that it IS comming? I watched the presentation and his translator said "is something we are looking into" but I haven't seen a official SE word on it which is why I am asking. I've seen a dodgey live letter translation attempt the closest we have is..

Working on does not assure that we get the outcome we want - nor what that increase may take the form of which is why I get leery when folks throw around the promise...I mean this expansion has resulted in me being let down by folks called "the promise" a lot :-P
