[Request] More Au Ra representation on next expansion?

I think the thing is that we know that Au Ra on the Source originate from Othard (and later migrated to Werlyt, Terncliff, and Thavnair) so we're not going to see any of them in the far west unless they're foreigners. Just like how you won't ever see Miqo'te or Elezen in Hingashi unless they're sailors or tourists.

Alexandria's native races are Hyune (Hyur), and Eldite (Elezen) with Milala (Lalafell) arriving to their shard from the Source long ago. Modern Alexandria also has Shetona (Viera), Hhetsarro (Miqo'te), and Tonawawta (Hyur) because they happened to be natives of Yyasulani when they were absorbed into the nation of Alexandria.


With the racial distributions of Tural and Alexandria set, we're probably not going to get a new prominent Au Ra NPC in Dawntrail. Erenville and Wuk Lamat are what they are likely because up until EW we didn't have any male Viera so we needed a prominent male Viera NPC and up until DW there were no Hrothgals. With a whole zone being devoted to Xaela, half a zone being devoted to a population of Raen, Werlyt being all about Au Ra, Thavnair being half Au Ra, a WAR quest arc revolving around a Xaela tribe, and a NIN quest arc revolving around Doman Raen, I think there's enough representation and stories and we can probably make room for others to get some time in the sun.

Palace of the Dead should've been devoted to Duskwight but they were barely involved. Since Duskwight only exist in the Twelveswood and don't like living in the city, possible stories relating to them are slim. It could be argued that Limsa Lominsa is a Sea Wolf colony but we never get to see anything about their homeland in Aerslaent and there are stories that could be had there and no one ever talks about Sea Wolf culture while Hellsguard get a whole job despite us not having been to their homeland either.

This is why i wasn't complaining about DT for the lack of them, it's completely understandable they have no way to be there.
But i still insist, i feel you're neglecting the point that we're non-existent in the MSQ itself, and you're only counting the places we do appear, even if we're largely uninportant to the story in those sections.

With DT, Vieras and Hrothgar now got an incredible share of representation. But i feel Au Ra is the only race (not clan, the whole thing) that doesn't have a single recurring character now that we constantly see throughout the story.
We had Yugiri, but with Stormblood's arc being 100% done, she has disappeared from the story, being the only recurring Au Ra recurring character we have.
