Travel Restrictions

I can't expect a large group of people to all come over here, then they worry about getting back into nn when they go home blahblahblah, and theyre all on different schedules. especially since everyone was sure the restriction would've been lifted this patch due to it not being needed anymore
but we chat in discord on and off all day as per usual .. just waiting on this restriction to be lifted, then i go back there, wait for my road buff to fall off, then i transfer over when it isnt congested

I kind of am sorry to have to tell you this, but.. agreeing to all go to a place that works for everyone is the 101 of how to behave as a group of friends. Especially when the entire effort required is three extra clicks on the login screen.

Like legitimately as of right now, anyone outside of Dynamis has 3 DC's to play in, their main DC, Materia and Dynamis

Dynamis players have... Materia, which is completely empty, we have 1 less DC to play in, while we watch everyone travel to our DC. Mind you we also pay the same subscription for a sub par experience thanks to this useless restriction, and the excuse of congestion does not exist anymore, if anything, Seraph has more queue than Aether at peak times because Seraph basically became the new temporary Aether.

Dynamis players never asked to be the temporary Aether, we wanted the DC to have population yes, but not to become the trash can DC that everyone goes to while we are stuck there.

Its also extremely hypocritical when JP has 3 DCs open for DC travel and only one locked down

You don't get removed from nn when you travel, you are automatically in the nn of the server you travel to and still in the nn of your home server when you travel back

If Out of a large group of people, none will travel to play the game with you. Sorry, they are not your friends.

Yes I do.... I hate the mindset we have to leave anything accomplish. That probably is what hurts Dynamis the most as a DC. I would love to never have to transfer off.

THis is pretty much it, i'm not going to make all of them come here just to see my character in person. its not like we arent in contact, but i cant expect a big group of people with different schedules to come over to do roulettes with me ... we all have different schedules , mine probably being the most unstable of all of them. the solutiuon is just letting us play on the same server, but nah. cuz reasons. or whatever.

Unfortunately, I got to disagree with that one on savage. Endwalker raiding population basically migrated to Aether to the point that all parties on other servers were silently murdered and that happened gradually over time until it hit the zenith around mid-2nd tier. There's zero reason that isn't going to happen again this expac.

the only reason people migrated to aether for raiding is because of the misinformation spread by players saying that "if you want to get content done you go to aether".. i raided in p5-8 on crystal and it was no different than raiding on aether. my partial static decided to go to aether a couple times to see if we had better luck. there was no difference at all, aside from a few more pf listings for the same stuff. bottom line is, people need to listen to what people asy, and not twist the words and refrain from spreading misinformation. its an old thing they call broken telephone... one person whispers a sentence into someones ear, then that person repeats it to another person, who then passes it on again. by the time its gone through 50 people , the original message "ultimate raiders go to aether since theres less of them, it makes sense to meet in one spot" to "all players who need to use party finder need to go to aether for everytihng because we dont do content anywhere else at all ever"

Incorrect. You are remvoed from (server name) novice network the instant you leave the server. You then rejoin nn on another server, if it isn't full, but that doesn't matter. Then, when returning to home world, you attempt to rejoin the filled novice network and cannot gain access to it due to it being full. The options then become: spam the join button and hope to sneak in between people coming and going, or just let it auto rejoin as you change areas, eventually ... whenever that is. Coming from servers on aether which are extremely popular means that getting into nn is going to be next to impossible because there's thousands of mentors there already. We are not sprouts who have 412 slots assigned for them, we are mentors. We get 100 slots, and its always filled on aether.

A lot of people managed to make content work before DT, all you had to do was make a PF and wait for a while and you could do any content, even frontlines especially close to DT.

We shouldnt all be locked on Dynamis because you want to do content there, people have friends on other DC's and want to see them and play with them.

Buddy you dont even know me, nor what and why I moved to Dynamis, I originally am from EU, not from NA, who are you to tell me what I moved for and why I moved ? We aint friends, dont pretend that we are, and that you know why I moved.
