    I stared in silence a moment upon opening this. How can a game that generates this much money not deserve a bigger budget for the writing team? Someone writing a couple side quests with that resume should never have been handed the MSQ for a multi-million dollar product.

    I would not be surprised if that's why this expansion just seems a lot more poor quality and lower budget in general.
