    A. Would you kill someone Alzheimer patient because he started to "lose himself", do you have to moral ground to choose that result? would you atleast ask them before doing that?

    B. Souls are just eater, that was defined established multiple times in endwalker, there is are souls without memories and there are no memories without ether, its all the same according to the game, when a person dies the ether slowly gets "purer" while the final death on losing the memories happens in the ether sea.

    C. Was not an issue in Endwalker, source?

    D. Living past a certain age in "unnatural" and bad, everything must die.

I honestly dont remmber that part from the story, I also googled and read the wiki rn, nothing about that, where did you get this from?
Also, what about the other points?

Regardless, even if true, it's a enclosed area.

I think this is an oversimplification. They require "life force" to continue their current existence, which is clearly unsustainable. That does not however preclude finding a new means for them to exist. If we're using Otis as an example, his robot body was able to sustain his soul and memories just fine for over 400 years without life force (or seemingly even any maintenance). Whether that would work for memory beings without a soul is uncertain, but the concept wasn't even explored, and it couldn't have been explored offscreen either since no-one other than Gulool Ja knew about Otis until we met him.

Did you not do all the quests or unlock that dungeon? Are you trying to make this whole thread based on what you searched on the wiki? Even the wiki says that the Endless there want to kill us so I have no idea what you’re looking at.

The whole point was that Sphene’s first failure to merge dimensions meant that multiple parts of Living Memory were lost to the rift between worlds, the Endless there ran out of aether, and the whole place was warped by memories into a nightmare zone that was trying to remerge with the rest of the world with that portal Constancy found.

It wasn’t going to be an enclosed area for long and if we did what you wanted, we’d turn everyone into monsters which is worse than simply being turned off.

And Im sure that once the scions devise a sustainable method to keep them alive they will reboot the mainframe and light up Living Memory again.

They are all stored on the hard drive.

Are they? The story explicitly used the term "erase" rather than anything that would imply they were merely suspended. The memories appear to be physical (well, aetherial) objects that we can see being separated and transported in Origenics. I don't think we can talk about the terminals in terms of real-world computer hardware.
