[Xbox] Game Crashes in loading transitions

Well aware that they have mentioned a patch is necessary and I'm happy they are acknowledging it and working on it. It doesn't make it any less frustrating as a player, especially considering many paid to play Early Access and if they were on Xbox... this ultimately ruined the experience.

They already mentioned a seperate patch is required to solve the issue. It is probably better for some people, because player count goes down. On less populated servers, the problem accours less frequent.
I hope they are ready soon… it’s still super annoying even on less populated datacenters.

More importantly, we shouldn't have to go to another data center/server. I did, before they even made the suggestion. And that server started having the issue a lot as more people came to it in order to escape the constant freezing. And it, Seraph, is one of the least populated servers around.

Yeah. I have it on PC too (I got the Xbox version recently so I don't always have to sit at my computer) so I can still play it, but it's hard not to feel like Xbox only players are getting the red headed step child treatment. Yeah they're fixing it, but why did it happen in the first place? You would have thought it would be caught in testing considering how it still crashes even in low pop servers, just not as frequently.

To add to it, the team is also suggesting people on the over clogged Aether head on over to Dynamis to reduce queue times, which is likely the reason for it getting worse on those servers now too.

I've already decided that if it comes to me needing to resub later this month and it STILL isn't fixed then I wont be resubbing till its fixed.

Had the first half of DT ruined for me because I spent half of it relogging in and Although I can buy it for my PC also so i can just play on my PC, Why would I when they can't even be bothered to fix this in a timely manner, it would frankly be giving them my money for not caring about Xbox.

I mean its good that they acknowledged it but... there's nothing else since then and its pretty much limiting how much I can play and when I can play.

I'm paying two subs (three, if you count retainers) to essentially not play.

Exactly, rather it's Xbox or Square. Whoever requires the gamepass subscription needs to reverse it. It's pointless. Some people tried to say it provides a better online experience and DawnTrail straight up exposed it's just greed.

Yeah just to double down on the red headed step child thing, it's just crazy to me that no one aside from the people in this thread is even talking about it. I've seen videos of people "Reporting news on bugs" and only mention stuff that isnt even an issue. Just seems to me that if there are any more xbox exclusive problems in the future it's not gonna be their top priority to fix. Just seems to me that even in the community xbox players are kinda shafted and memed on.

I'm also having the issue making me stuck at Death Unto Dawn since it transitions between multiple groups during the duty. I'm effectively soft locked out of EW.

I have had the same issue. I found a workaround. Anytime I visit the Data Center Dynamis, I have had no freezing during load screens. Ended up doing 80% of the campaign that way. Went back to Jenova to do final boss, and froze right after beating it

For those always cry " No compensation" " they dont care about Xbox" ... Yes the problem is annoying but maybe we should all acting bit less like Dramaqueens, the Problem seems to be a bit bigger. Here is the latest Update incl compensation:
