Just get cloudfare smh and be done with it, as a customer i should be able to play at any time i wish. This is so frustrating, as a father i can't just sit and play with the few time i have, you always has to bring frustration when it's not the extreme/savage difficulty being so high for me.

the TOS you agreed to states that routine maintenance is not considered a reason to get a partial refund. They've done it in the past, once, but that was in response to the extended issues with login queues causing effective outages around Endwalker launch.
