The rules state you need to a resident of the US or Guam.

Our assumption is that the code is locked to NA game license accounts (which can include players playing the game on other region worlds).

Your character's home world doesn't matter. Only that you live in the US and possibly your account might need to be an NA account (if you are paying in dollars it's an NA account).

Honestly did not expect the point cost for the pc to be so low. The graphics card alone is worth more than what you'd likely spend even doing the 100 point turn-ins. It takes a minimum of 12 days if you turned in 15 x 200 points a day (code entry has 15 a per day limit). If someone didn't spend a bunch of points and started on the day that the collab started, they'd have just enough points before the vault closes. A spectacular deal for the pc, but keep in mind you're competing with people that have been saving points since before the ffxiv portion of the points program was in place and there's likely an extremely limited stock on the pc (if not just one).

Very nice, bought 2 moutain acid bottles and neither of them had codes; what a scam. Square enix, when you do these things please choose healthier food; the least thing we need in "west" countries is more obesity.

Oh great, I have to run around my town finding these things? HAHAHA! I ain't that desparate for a recolor of a mount that's not that visually appealing to begin with. Now, if it was a recolor of Megaloambystoma we'd be in business.
