Easiest solution to the gil-farm/FC-house hoarding situation

1. It is not hard, at all. Especially on dead servers. If you're making an alt with the purpose of farming gil, you should be going into it with gil to begin with lol.

2. ^ there's literally a guide that shows you the fastest way to level a character and FC to purchase a house by the 30d mark.

3. Levekits exist to make the process take a day per crafter or less. Again, if you're getting into the alt game you should have gil ready to blow.

So if you multi-own yourself, what's the end goal? Would you give up your houses as well to other people or is this just a "ward owners only" thing? You don't technically need all of the houses right?

Expert delivery itself as a means to get credits is flawed on itself, honestly. FC credits should be made with FC activity.

I use both my personal houses in both servers and my FC with my FC house is an actual FC with my friends and people in it.
FC housing was designed to be for FCs not for individuals who want to own entire wards to generate in-game currency. It's not even remotely comparable.

Yea, nuke the houses of greedy players who bought entire wards for themselves. Let it be empty for future FCs.
It's not a disguised thread. I've been playing for a long time and I own personal and fc houses across data centres. It's just that for a feature with scarcity, it's unbelievable how easy it is to cheat the loopholes of owning shell FCs.

What would you consider FC activity? I'm curious, because as an owner of a single person tiny FC, I'm curious how I'd make more credits.

No individual should excessively own entire wards for the purpose of currency farming, just because it is allowed by a loop hole, when there is literal scarcity in housing.

This was supposed to be about nerfing submarine profit but you added in that people should get their houses nuked. Just saying.

Detach the workshop from housing so a FC doesn't have to purchase a house to get a workshop. Switch the cost to purchase a workshop from gil to Company Credits.

If this is simply about nerfing submarine profits/incentive to multi-own then this is the best solution for everyone. Give everyone unlimited access through the Grand Company and detach them from FCs. That's all that needs to be done.

If you want to talk about removing houses from people, that's a different topic entirely and one it seems you're on board with by your earlier messages in this thread.

Detach the workshop from housing -- Though this would result in numerous other problems that absolutely would need to be addressed, e.g., reward distribution, reward amount, and the minimum needed entry point. These are all issues which can quickly creep up with detachment from housing.

Remove the FC credit reward from Grand Company expert deliveries, and rework the amount of credit awarded across the board. It's pretty broken generally speaking right now. I would be down for reward FC credits strictly for FC activity, but the reality of FCs is that they are the most underutilized feature, and realistically hasn't had any significant update to it since OG Diadem where you either needed to queue by company workshop or via The Pillars in Foundation. If they add actual activities which would absolutely involve FC, then I would be down for this solution, but there isn't. Not enough to justify locking rewards exclusively behind that.

Increase the cost of Flight Credit and Dive Credit, significantly, 25K, IMO at the least.

Taking multi-plot ownership away from people doesn't solve the underlying issue with housing, all it does is delay the inevitability of the issue occurring again in a week or 3. Not to mention you unironically end up hurting those that probably use housing in its best from -- Those that RP, do venues, do events, etc., -- Than what you do trying to stick it to those on submarines.
