Yeah, it makes me wanna /slap them too.Well cool. They are alienating an entire community of people and cementing an extremely bad taste for anything related to Square Enix. That's on them; That's part of Yoshi P's legacy, regardless of how small of a tarnish it is, and I hope he feels ashamed of what he is doing, if only a little.
The hypocrisy of that statement when on the previous page :
How about you apply that to multiowners too and stop advocating for them to lose their stuff and instead focus on SE and their refusal to fix the scarcity because they intend for it to be that way ? But yeah it's easier to attack the players using the system within the ToS than to blame it on the devs of the game, you keep your crusade agaisnt multiowners, it wont do anything, if anything people like you actually make us want more, because every single house a multiowner gets proves that housing is not anywhere near as bad as people make it out to be, else they wouldnt be able to get a house would they ? If it was that impossible ?

Ok well i am sorry. This was not targeted at any one person. I'm also talking about the substancial ammount of same FC's who owns entire wards aswell. No one is innocent in this.
The ones who are at fault here, is SE for making the housing market as bad as it is. NOT A SINGLE PERSON. Is being blamed here. When i said ''People hoarding entire housing wards'' I did not mean just people in general. So please don't take things direct.
Because i am not accusing a person direct, or anyone else. THE DEVELOPERS ARE THE ONES AT FAULT FOR THE PROBLEM WITH THE HOUSING ISSUES. NO PLAYER ( PERSON ) IS AT FAULT.
so STOP instigating stuff. im not targeting anyone.

I didn't feel it was angry. I was coming from the perspective of someone that has owned a house, lost a house and got another house. And I see lots of people struggling to get houses back when it was FCFS, FCFS with lockout and lottery. I just think that the idea of giving the "homeless" first crack at new wards would alleviate housing problems. However, I will say that your idea of locking out medium purchases to those that have to own a small (or medium) is actually a great idea too.You just have a really angry take. I will up you one.
How about the only houses homeless people can enter lottery for are smalls? Then, after getting a small, you can enter the lottery for a medium. Then, after getting a medium, you can enter lottery for a large. I spent a couple years getting a medium and I would never relinquish it to get *checks current numbers* less than 3% chance of getting the worst available large. No thank you.

You are basically crying because you want to keep your abusive advantage over 99.9% of players. The hypocrisy of that statement when on the previous page :

Even if multiple owners are clearly not the main housing problem, the fact that you can own multiple plots when all the other players can't even try to own more than one is unfair, that's all.
Anyone can though, easy counter argument. Gonna have to try harder. You are basically crying because you want to keep your abusive advantage over 99.9% of players.

Why can't those other players try to own one or more? SE doesn't stop players from having multiple characters or accounts on multiple worlds and data centers. You are basically crying because you want to keep your abusive advantage over 99.9% of players.

The system is fair in that the rules apply the same to all. Limitations that keep players from getting a house are either self-imposed by the player or imposed by factors outside of SE's control/influence. Those who are willing to go to extra effort to get the things the want will almost always end up with more than those who go "but I don't want to/shouldn't have to".
You want a house now? Dynamis has hundreds of houses for sale still. Transfer an existing character and you can have your house on Sunday. Make a new character and you can get your house within 2-3 entry periods (getting the GC rank is fast, turning the 1 million gil bonus into 4+ million will take a little time).
It's not that other players can't get a house. The available plots are out there. It's that they won't do what's necessary to get one. That's their fault, not the fault of the multi-house owners.
They'd have to put effort into it though, just like multiowners have to do, they dont want that, they want it for free. Why can't those other players try to own one or more? SE doesn't stop players from having multiple characters or accounts on multiple worlds and data centers.

According to them, multiowning is so easy, but none of them want to do it, I wonder why.

It literally took me 2 years to win my large private. I literally bid every single week without fail too. Got a nice plot in Shiro. Couldn't be happier. Many times wanted to give up but kept at it. Don't give up. Keep trying.
