To the first part, what you're referring to as the "repeatable content" itself had a varied reception from the playerbase when it's been done in the past. It wasn't "cut" from EW (and it's been excluded from other expansions, too) - the dev team just decided to create different content instead that was intended for a different part of the very varied playerbase the game has.

To the second part - oops. Look at your picture. Look at the picture of xbahax92 (the person I was replying to). Given that you were replying to my reply to him, my brain just saw the picture and took it as I was responding to the same person. Unfortunate, but honest mistake, not a "blatant" anything.
