Only those who were in the party know what happened and at least 3 of the 4 are guilty of being idiots in some way (we have no idea what part the healer may have played /shrug).
The people who are turning this into drama and taking sides are likewise idiots. The things mentioned have happened before with other players and will happen again with yet more players, whether intentional or unintentional. Nothing new was happening here worth bringing it up. Xenos brought it up on his stream because he get views and money by entertaining his viewers with game drama and tossing around insults randomly.
Combat logs can be edited before uploading if someone wants to hide or change information. They're simple text logs that can be opened with Notepad or other text file editor (FFXIV log files are an ugly mess when you look at them but it's still not hard to find something you're looking for ). ACT doesn't create the log, it creates a temporary shortcut that points the upload client at the game-created files you want uploaded. Never take a combat log at face value unless live logging was used so there was no opportunity to change the data.
Even if Mane's uploaded log is unedited, it would not be proof they were not running ahead of the tank to pull mobs. Proximity aggro does not generate a log entry.
It's very easy for someone to get to level 90 as a tank and not have a clue what they're doing. You don't have to tank for a group to earn XP as a tank - FATEs, hunt bills, tribal quests, etc. can be used to level a tank job. No one is required to do Hall of the Novice training. Earlier this year, I was doing Lapis Manalis on one of my alts and the first thing the tank said while we were behind the barrier at the start was "please forgive me if I make mistakes, I've never tanked in a dungeon before though I've done this dungeon on my main job". It was messy. There was a lot of loose aggro. I can at least say that tank learned as we went and the rest of us gave them tips on what they were doing badly. Not every tank will.
Poorly-skilled players exist. It could be age or health problems. It could be learning disabilities that make it hard to remember or reason out how something should work. Perhaps they have a hard time thinking clearly under what they consider pressure (even if you wouldn't). Unsupervised child players exist and it can really be unpredictable what they'll do in a dungeon, whether it's single target attack as the tank or rush off ahead of the tank to pull more mobs.
And trolls exist, as we know well here in the forums. Turning something into big drama is the last thing you want to do if you are dealing with a troll - that's what they want.
