I found once a person, who did not heal me with direct heals, but I managed to do fine on my own with Second Wind, Bloodbath and Hyper-Potions, and they did not /tell me anything after the duty.

I was a healer for a dungeon. I forget which dungeon but it was high level enough that decent gear is a must. The tank kept dying and I could not understand why. I did everything in my power to keep them alive- which included dps'ing when I thought I could pitch in the damage. Then I found out I had to only heal a lot because whenever I looked even 1 second away they ate so much damage. I eventually checked their gear. They had gatherer gear on... the tank was wearing gatherer gear.

I saw this on the other subreddit. Apparently the guy's on Hyperion and has become rather infamous with having an imgur list of telling others how to play. Going through the list reveals a lot of nefarious contradictions and harassment. Already got their name, too.

Because most people in this game aren't dumb enough to self-incriminate.

It's the same reason why you'll never see a tank drop a "YPYT" in chat. Pretty sure most YPYT tanks are smart enough to not even turn off stance, but rather just start single targeting instead(which also makes no sense, considering if the GMs can tell you turned off stance they can tell you switched from aoes to single).

People on this game for the most part are smart enough to be passive aggressive about everything. You have to be extremely egotistical to spout it in chat.

I've been yelled at and threatened with kicks for using LBs on trash packs. I continue to do it anyway. LB 1 and 2 do so little to most bosses that it's not even worth it for most melee jobs to break their combos.

I've also been yelled at for using the LB on the redone Ultima Weapon, even though it automatically refills to 3 at the end whether you've used it or not.

LBing trash mobs is, like, a blessing for healers (and tanks).

One of my favorite times was when I was told to not use Holy to help DPS. I obliged them, and single targeted DPS until they told me to stop that as well...I damned near fell asleep that run of Paglth'an.

Had a WHM yesterday or the day before in Alzadaal's Legacy who didn't DPS...at all...but instead ran around and jumped around. The tank in there was a WAR so the healer literally had to do NOTHING, except when the tank either hit something too late, or just decided to make the healer work harder, and ended up dying. So they had to heal me(as RPR) when the mobs changed to me, and raise the WAR. And even then, AoEs + Bloodbath made it so they didn't have to do much.
