Yeah this is most likely the answer. Youd realized this by now how every new community rep follows the same protocol. Of course theyre always watching but we as the playerbase wish theyre allowed to be more open to communication even if its just the basic of basics.Honestly, it might not be that the Community Team doesn't wants to interact, it's more of SE doesn't letting them. Pretty sure they have a protocol of sorts and posting here for introductions is less of a choice and more of a formality.
Also, they may be from the NA team, but the way they handle stuff (or, better said, ignore it) seems in line with how Asian gaming corporations work, where the community team just exists in the shadows and aids marketing, while the directors are the face of the community that only pops during events and announcements.
