Five games worse than FF14

Legitimately the first time I've seen someone not hype Majora's Mask super hard.

Eeeehh, I just am not a fan of the whole gimmick of living through the same three days over and over again. I'm not interested in roguelikes or games that reset my progress. I don't like time limits in games, and this game perpetually imposes a time limit on everything you do. I did finish it, and I got the "good" ending where you can become "Oni Link" or whatever it was. The general concept was creative for the time, but I've never felt like I wanted to go back and play it again.

Hey I LIKED Final Fantasy X. Now X-2 was a mistake.

Heh, you're allowed to like FFX. It's not terrible. Remember, this is not a list of "bad games," it's just games I think are "worse" than FFXIV, whatever that means (hint: doesn't really mean anything other than I like FFXIV more I guess).
HARD DISAGREE on FFX-2, though. That game was amazing! Yeah, the story was silly, but in terms of gameplay I liked it WAY more than FFX. The battle system and Dresspheres were fantasic! It was fun, it was funny, the soundtrack absolutely slapped, and despite it reusing so much from FFX it felt like a totally fresh and new experience.

Games worse than FF14... so...

Ok, but I'm gonna twist it after doing so...

I consider FF8 the worst numbered entry in the series, that means I liked it less than FF2 with it's weird non level character building system and annoying 100% status ailment procs, and FF16's complete abandonment of the RPG genre... >.>

FF8 is my favorite Final Fantasy despite the many flaws. I really hope they do a Remake after 7 is done. Fix a lot of the issues and definitely fix the issue with Squall and Rinoa. And how the entire party is just "Yo Squall is on the opening movie thus he is the leader for...reasons".

If they remake it with a decent gameplay system it could be a good title. If it's remade by CBU3 tho it will be a movie with some QTE tossed in... >.>

If that was the case...even if it was my favorite I wouldn't get it. I don't wanna see it made worse.

On topic though. I used to play a game called Grand Chase before I started WoW, which I quit once I picked that up and decided to pick it back up after I quit and boy... something must have been really wrong with me.
