For the love of C'thulu, someone call this guy's parents so they keep him away from the credit card.

A constant disappointment on these forums that the topic is only ever brought up in an attempt to troll...
There are several NPCs confirmed to be gay in the game already, though notably all of them are very much side characters, if they can be considered characters at all, in some cases. Off the top of my head, there's the Wanderer's Palace couple (they don't even get names) who everyone's probably familiar with by now, but the Rising Vendor used to have dialogue talking about her wife, and another 1.0 Minfilia lookalike in Limsa's Culinarian guild had a very... interesting character arc, unfortunately worded though it seems to have been.
The closest thing that isn't just one-off NPCs or whatever is probably Eden? Though nothing is ever stated outright for what I imagine is probably corporate reasons, there's no denying the FFVIII parallels (down to recreating specific cutscenes), Ryne and especially Gaia's dialogue, the big rainbow crystal... if I remember right they recently-ish changed the pronouns by which Mitron is addressed in incidental dialogue to she/her (outside of Eden itself, in which Mitron is never referred to by any, I think?) which, together with Mitron's real name being Artemis, seems confirmation to me that Mitron was originally a woman, back in the Unsundered World.
On the opposite end of the spectrum (I think), EW has been very insistent on shoving Sicard and Emmanellain in everyone's faces, every chance it gets...
Glamour without restrictions* is long overdue!
If you think so too, help keep the thread going!

Haven't they already done male Roe? I was under the impression they were cycling every race/gender combo, have they made so many alts they ran out of combos and now have to doubledip? Or are there some combos that are just off limits?
It is amazing how, in the past 2 months (including September) that certain OPs have been created and made so many blatant troll posts and hot takes. Ugh.
If they make a LGBTQ+ character, cool. If not, cool. Enjoy the game. I sure will be. I'm gender fluid and I don't care.
Even within the context of being a troll, it says a lot about OP that they lump Black Lives Matter in with LGBTQ, as if it's all part of the same topic of "woke" somehow.
How you liking the new season of Castlevania, OP?
Hahaha oh no, welcome back, Titanman.
I hate it when people try to force companies to write in sexuality and try to make it a characters entire identity. It's ok if a character is written with it in mind but a characters or persons sexuality shouldn't be all that matters or the main focus of who they are.
That is when the true Vana'diel of legend will be reborn.
It won't and this thread is showing exactly why that's a good thing. All that would do is summon a huge storm of backlash. That and I don't trust SE to handle it well.
stop shipping this theyre litteraly minors.A constant disappointment on these forums that the topic is only ever brought up in an attempt to troll...

Never knew about Prudentia before now, having ignored most DoL/DoH content in 1.0. Interesting. Glad to hear he's still in the Bismarck, even with no dialogue.
