Didn't say you were banned. The forums won't let you post if they can't validate that you've logged into the game for 14 days. That's the only reason someone paying for two account subscriptions would post on the second for the first time in August of this year.

Ideally the people most addicted to posting would see it as a sign to take a step back from being terminally on the forum or atleast not post meaningless bickering wasting their daily post. Sadly it doesnt work quite as well as it should. Maybe the daily posting limit should be tied to your payment method instead of your account.
