Fair enough. You're not the only one to say that you miss having a new grind to work on.
Something can be made replayable without adding pressure to have to log in. '
Gemstones have made FATEs replayable. There are a huge number of rewards to purchase between ShB and EW not to mention that the crafting materials are useful. Personally i use a lot of Growth Formula Kappa. Without gemstones, I'd probably have to send my retainers after the materials instead of sending them after other things that don't have gemstones as a handy source.
On the opposite end, Eureka and Bozja are not replayable in my eyes because I don't enjoy grind content where there is loss of progress earned and have no interest in acquiring shiny weapons for the sake of having collection of shiny weapons. There are plenty of weapon designs available through other means that I like so there was no compelling reason to go to the extra effort.
Some won't consider FATEs replayable. Others consider Eureka/Bozja replayable. What we like is generally going to be what's replayable.
And those saying Eureka/Bozja would kill the game probably are not the same ones who currently say they miss having the content.
Everyone enjoys different things and will be attracted to different content. It's only natural you're going to see the merry-go-round of complaints when one segment isn't getting the content they like.
Players are misunderstanding the point of the survey. It wasn't to provide feedback on game design. It was to provide SE with information to use for anniversary marketing. I'm willing to bet the dev team had zero input on the survey questions being used.
I don't know that they'd track which mounts and pets players are using, only which they've collected. There's also the chance that the mount and minion a player uses the most aren't actually what the player considers their favorites (maybe they're intended to go with a glamour the player is using for their main job but others are their actual favorites).
The survey felt like they were trying to compile information for a "typical Warrior of Light profile" with the top responses to be used in that upcoming story they kept referencing.
What we need is a survey done by the development team, not the marketing team.
