What constitutes enough evidence to say it’s genuinely a concern because I can’t think of a single channel that isn’t talking about this problem right now except maybe RP club chat

I've been posting around these parts for a decade, mate. I've met and befriended a considerable amount of players around these parts over the years - quite a few of whom I'd have never met in-game due to playing on a completely different server/datacentre. There's a pretty broad range of people posting here and a significant number of lurkers as well.

It's also the primary official point of engagement between customers and the business since any other place of engagement relies on a third party platform as an in-between.
