Buy an apartment it's not tied to a FC. They also let you live where ever you want.

Uh, what?Personally I'd avoid ever purchasing an apartment in a FC house. I have been in FCs where they decide to move when each shiny new housing zone gets released and despite them being decent and compensating tenants it is still a huge pain in the ass to move. Just get an apartment in one of the many massive apartment blocks in a totally different residential zone and then you have the bonus of an additional TP point for convenience and you get to pick what zone style you like.
Relocation of a FC house does not affect Private Chambers. Those are automatically relocated intact with the house. You don't need to relinquish then rebuy a room just because the FC decides to relocate.
You do have to rebuy if you get removed from the FC, even if it was just done as a joke. If 300k gil is a lot to you, then that's a good reason to pay the extra 200k to get an apartment.
If it's not a lot, get both. Losing 300k isn't a bad thing if it gets you away from a bad FC.
Can confirm 300k does not go towards FC gil or FC leader. It's just a gil sink.Refund the 300,000 gil only if you bought an apartment in the FC and the system can detect that you still have it at the time of dismissal? Maybe.
Straight compensation for getting kicked from an FC? Not a chance.
Also, the 300,000 gil doesn't go to the FC as far as I'm aware. You just pay it into the void, like the purchase price of any other housing. They're not running some scam where they invite people in and profit from their payments before kicking them on false accusations.
Beyond that, just treat it as a learning experience – make sure you're a good fit for an FC before you buy an apartment with them, or stick to the non-FC apartments. 300,000 gil is really not that much in the grand scheme of the game, and you can earn that much from a few days of roulettes and challenge log rewards.
I kicked a member once and they had the AUDACITY to ask me for 300k refund on their room after I've given away millions of gil to them.
That bunch was a different breed. Gave up on FCs altogether. But that's for a different topic.
300k does not go to the fc game takes like a vendor it does so..........maybe demand the game give you back your gil???
I am a FC leader and can confrim this the two or so FC rooms that have been made in my FC house. I did not see the gil appear in our chest or anywhere else..Can confirm 300k does not go towards FC gil or FC leader. It's just a gil sink.

Note: Taking advice from a players alt, is like taking advice from a voice in a dark room. Criticism is a two way street remember that!!
Not gonna happen, can be easily abused.
What server do you play on? I can offer footing the 500k gil so you can buy yourself an apartment if you really want one but can't afford it.
Losing your FC room when you leave/get kicked from an FC is just part of the game. I can't even think of how much gil I've lost from FCs I joined and then left due to lack of activity lmao
It just happens.
If you're really on a pinch and desperate for housing, I can offer help you pay for an apartment.
I would exploit this for free money.
Easiest way to get money is to just put up a PF that for 50k every 30 minutes you will follow them silently and stare from the shadows.
