the cool-downs are still there and you have to sacrifice some of your best materia slots for it. You don't want to over use your enfeebles cause the mobs start to resit them. Can you even comprehend how astronomically higher someones dps would be with that much extra TP a hit? Store TP isn't meant to increase your damage so much as I think it is meant to increase DoW's ability to utilize Enfeebling Combos instead of focusing their TP gained into the Combos that deal the most damage.
And in a party setting being able to effeeble everytime your main damage combo is on cooldown can be a big help. Especially with THM's enfeeble kit (mostly) removed.
Sacrifice some? Your trading more weaponskills for SLIGHTLY less attack power/STR/DEX/or HP... and it's (ONE) slot. YOu make it sound like you have to give up two/three/four slots or something. I would much rather have Store TP/Acc on hands then AP/STR/DEX. At least given the current available gear/materia.
thats why theres a variety, i respect your choice. If it was on a belt i might use.Sacrifice some? Your trading more weaponskills for SLIGHTLY less attack power/STR/DEX/or HP... and it's (ONE) slot. being that materia currently drops per slot and not per item i wouldn't say that's safe to say. It doesn't hurt to assume though although you may be disappointed later.I think Store TP looks to be the most useful of the bunch.
Safe to say that this new materia will be dropped only from the U/U items? I guess we have our 'rare materia' now
That being said i look forward to selling tp materia for ridiculously over inflated prices.
AND to SE: if your gonna keep making new materia can we scale back some of the old. Combine the resist materias so they resist 2 or 3 things, and scale back the stat quantitys so theres only hq and nq.
