Maybe none of those? Let me spell it out again, THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT MMO PLAYERS. They are here for a pretty dress-up game with chat functions. They are here to play Second Life with graphics that aren't from 2003.

The MMO aspect of a MMORPG is far less designed than the RPG aspect, these players are online and participating in the game world, just not in ways you seem to want them to. What’s the issue with this again?
