    When 2.0 Comes Out, Put everyone back in Noobville!

    Please SE? I think it'd be a rad idea! We could still keep our GC ranks, our quest status's, and all those crazy primal gears you promised us. But come December, everyone would have to start over and rediscover the world from level 1!

    This would sorta even the playing field too! Imagine all those poor new PS3 players who would have to play alongside a couple hundred level 50 elitist jerks with too much cool stuff. I'd feel pretty lame if I were in their shoes!

    Ya as your small print states, you won't get many people who agree, but as Yoshi-P has already stated several times, this will not happen. The PS3 release will be much like the NA release the EU release and the 360 release in FFXI some people need to start from scratch.

    Oh look, someone who's highest level is 39 is asking for a reset.

    Only someone who hadn't devoted the countless hours into crafting, gathering and all the other time sapping activities of ffxiv would ask for such a thing.

    Yoshida has already stated that there will be no reset, so I don't see any need for this thread.

    Kinda harsh but still, no im not paying to have to characters reset.

    And besides, new people need guidance & not all players that have multiple 50s are elitist idiots.
