The best runs are when you're going with friends and the first one to make the healer start swearing like a sailor wins. I wouldn't inflict it on a random group, but with FC mates or friends, it's hilarious.

Today I learned that, if one of the tanks dc's in O12N, it's one heck of a ride. Also that 32k tankbuster deleted my sage. Shoutout to the group I just had after one of our tanks didn't come back from dc and we went on without him.
Y'all were amazing little nutjobs that deserved that clear.
This one is beyond your help. Only sleep can save her now.
The Akh Afah Amphitheatre (Hard)
Intro cutscene: 1:48
Phase 1: 1:39
Phase transition: 0:23
Phase 2: 0:38
Yoshi Please

A lot of ARR trials are like that, thanks to gear inflation and power creep. Shiva and Leviathan are more noticeable due to having longer intro cut scenes, but most of them only taking longer than a minute because they go off-screen or become invulnerable for part of the fight. Nabriales takes noticeably longer because he's the final mandatory ARR trial (well, Steps of Faith used to take longer, but it's a solo fight now; and I forget where Battle in the Big Keep fits here, but that's optional), so he's closer to the gear cap.

5678 roulette on my alt as a DNC: gets Aetherochemical Research Facility. Paired with DRK, SGE, and first timer SMN.
"Hello. My first time in this dungeon as a SGE, and I only ever unsync'ed this place." said the SGE.
... What do you know, it's always that last boss fire/ice mechanic that trips people off. Five total wipes and SGE never made it out alive the moment this mechanic happens on 2nd phase. Explained about the mechanic, and the server snapshot---nope. Still no go.
Guess what advice that actually worked?
"Just stand on far North/South and shield yourself when that mech happens." I said in the party chat.
Yep, 1 vuln stack, but better than getting venn diagrammed to death and slowing me down from getting my roulette reward zzzz.

To the paladin tank that I just healed in Sirensong Sea:
Please read your tooltips. Please make use of your cooldowns, but stagger them. Dumping them all at once is a massive waste, and expecting me to keep you at 100% health is uncalled for, especially as a white mage. My main mitigation I have for you is Holy stun spam, which means you don't take damage while they're stunned, meaning you get to live longer!
Please stay in the Asylum bubble. It heals you, meaning you get to live longer. It will not heal the mobs, despite what that voice inside your head tells you.
You also have this amazing ability that you can spam every so often called Shelltron, which helps reduce the damage you take considering you were wearing nq white left gear and str right gear. Also please get the appropriate gear for you role. It gives you something called tank stats that *gasp* help you tank and live better!
Speaking of living, you also have something that you got at level 50 called Hallowed Ground. It literally makes you a god for 10 seconds, especially since you were going wall-to-wall on pulls and NOT USING COOLDOWNS UNTIL YOU WERE SITTING AT 20% HEALTH. Or stupidly stacking them.
Stop spamming Clemency to keep yourself at 100% health. It keeps you from dpsing things down faster so you don't die as fast. Doing so means I'm allowed to play chicken with your health.
You also left before I could give you advice. I looked you up. You've a 90 whm yourself, so you should know how this works. Please take my advice since you decided to zip out the second the boss died, so now I get to shame you on the forums.
Sincerely,
One very angry whm

Had a spiteful RDM during Lapis Manalis. Think they had CS at the start and during the first boss they're eating every hit. Second boss I took no chances and gave them the yoink during soul scythe(look-dash-aoe). I was actually too late because I waited a bit, hoping they were going to back flip out of it but they weren't even turning around in the right direction to do so.
Immediately after that the RDM starts afking. They followed for the pulls but then went afk during the last boss as well.
I kept them alive through it all, and through most of the final boss, where they finally died. Gave them a res, they actually declined it but my team mates gave them the benefit of the doubt, wondering if they "passed out".
Edit: Also, am I the only person that hates when people get attitudes like this in alliance raids? I mean the sentiment is shared. I enjoy seeing raids other than CT but I just hate when people get attitudes as they see others immediately leave. It sucks, they shouldn't but really... Especially when it turns out that this was perhaps the longest Tower at Paradigm's Breach I have ever done, with the two people specifically having over 6 deaths each. Doesn't help that I'm not feeling well right now and anything over 30 minutes is just too much.

Sandwich! Good - Bad - Good
Got Quarn with 2 new people. No deaths! They understood the floor-cleanse mechanic! Without chat! Wohoo!
Bad: Violet tides. During the big pull i wasn't w2w so the sage pulls me forward. Happening a lot lately. Kinda annoying ngl. But hey: maybe i'm too pessimistic? We wipe twice. After the third time healer gives a "use u XD" followed by "CD" because writing is hard when standing still. Hit him with the truth: *I* was using CDs. Him? Well at the third time i was suddenly spammed with every addersgall skill. All at once. Yeah screw my living dead. But hey: we made it through! So i told him that this was the first time i saw those skills. He got all "XD" about it. Only realized later that it was also the first time i saw the Kardia heals... oh well. Karma hit him with forgetting? The charm mechanic on the next boss. Thankfully he wasn't really needed anymore.
Good: MSQ Roulette with 2 new ones (yes again 2 new ^^). Ultima. Everyone actually ran away from the stream! I so often see a new healer just stand there... even multiple times. This healer was going out of there last second every time. Looked funny aswell ^^ And to top it off: The dps actually used LB when i said! Once before the cutscene and then before we gain 3 bars!![]()
Will put you on ignore if you can't form a logical argument but argue nonetheless

That's pretty good advice, actually. Glad it all worked out.*snip*

Oh god. That sounds so much like the first time I healed in a random level 80 dungeon as a white mage. Nothing but wipe after wipe on trash. To the paladin tank that I just healed in Sirensong Sea:

It was the worst experience and it was all the tank's fault. Yet, you couldn't tell him that.
He was a super nasty guy who expected to be kept at 100% health at all times.
According to this tank, healers weren't supposed to cast damage spells, and if he had to use mitigation, it was because the healer wasn't healing him enough.
What can I say? Some people are just idiots.
