PSA: Do not undercut people by 50k gil or more

I just talked to a GM after I reported a retainer on the market board that undercut me by 50k gil on Kupo Coffer. Undercutting is not only rude but when you undercut by so much you crash the market, and everyone makes 50k gil less thanks to your impatience. Now thanks to that person Kupo Coffer is only 40k. Hopefully that person gets banned. You do NOT troll on the market board unless you want to get reported by everyone else. Learn to match other people's price and wait patiently.



Wrong. If no one undercut it will still be 90k and people will still buy it.

Reporting someone for undercutting is abuse of the reporting system and frankly a waste of a GM's time. The aren't going to penalize another player for selling an item at a price that you don't like.

Crafting materials and consumables: match market price

Gear or rare items: Sell it for the amount of effort it took to produce, relative to the level of the equipment.

If the latter means I see a piece of level 64 gear listed as 75K and I made it in two seconds with scraps I found in the pocket lint of my retainers, then I'm going to sell it for 25K instead and make 25K in fast profit while your grossly overpriced piece of gear languishes unsold.
