The old "Fanfest" moogle event gives verdant partition and marine clothes that's literally a good gil maker (But they took it away too fast and we can't keep it to "Sell at MB later" ) , while regular moogle event gives MGP and guarantee portal ShB maps that will be useful for BLU solo to, again, farm gil and achievement.

Correct me if I'm off my rocker here, but isn't that the one they usually do a month out or so from expansion release? As in, did they just stealth announce that it won't be coming out until about a year from now?

It's a 14 hour stream they've done like every year, I don't think they've done it right before an expansion before, if anything I think it's usually been shortly after. Next spring/summer is already pretty likely for the expansion, we've got fanfests next month, october, and january.

I hate to be the one to break this to you, but WalMart doesnt exist here and never has. They did look at it at one stage, but when they heard about the mandated work conditions and leave entitlements under our law, they balked.

See, Aust doesnt do "at will", we mandate a minimum of 4 weeks leave per year gauranteed plus sick leave and other rights. Public holiday pay, paid sick leave, paid maternity leave, superannuation gaurantee payments the employer is required to pay into....

I'm not a fan of there being yet another hairstyle contest. Many posters have consistently provided feedback in regards to the sort of hairstyles that they'd like to see added to the game along with visual references.

I'd be surprised if it doesn't result in yet another disproportionate focus on feminine and androgynous hairstyles at the cost of those of us who want masculine hairstyles designed with male characters in mind first and foremost.

A lot of people aren't artists in the first place, either so they can't really contribute even if they wanted to.

To say nothing of the fact that Highlander men are still lacking in authentic eyebrows. It's kind of wild how much better the male character design is in FFXVI. Hopefully some of the artists/character designers from that game are brought over to FFXIV in the future.

We had a thread a few weeks ago complaining about the lack of hairstyles suitable to different hair textures. Here's an opportunity to get something besides silky type 1A/1B hair in the game.
