The rush to clear is somewhat justified, because the longer you wait the worse party finder gets, until you're wasting hours of your life in trap parties.

P9S is too easy without levinstrike.
P10S turrets are buggy. Adjusting them 3 secs earlier before they lock on somebody is not skill, nor it is satisfying... it's just us finding a way to get past the game engine's limitations. 7.0 should be a big update and hopefully game engine update is included in there. Not the whole thing but we are starting to see what they want to do and what they can do. Turrets and buff limits in Omega being the latest examples.
once people develop p10s uptime strats (non-baits go to extreme front of center arena) this ironically will be less of a problem
you can do turrets with full melee uptime since max melee is just enough to get you knocked to the edge of the front.
but yeah the snapshot is weird
I've noticed that's been the common trait this expansion, the snapshots have been all over the place. It's easy to adjust to them in a sense, but you'll have moments where you think you're fine but the game already snapshotted you in the position you were in 2s ago.
Ruby 6 in P5S regularly threw me off. Usually mechanics snapshot way before the animation goes off but those lasers snapshot a good second after. So you see the explosion go off, move into the tile and eat a nice damage down.

I think that's because those lasers were continuous. As in, they were bouncing around the glass box to apply multiple instances of damage.
P9S is straight dogwater. Body checks every minute of the fight, stacking and spreading ad nauseum. The boss takes forever to do anything meaningful and you're staring at it like a nard the whole time. P9S makes Alte Roite look spicy somehow.
The animation might look like it but Ruby Reflection (the name of the lasers) is just a single instance of damage. Not sure this game can even do multi-hit attacks in such a short time frame.
These 8-man body check instant death mechanics are getting really stale in general. It often makes recovery impossible, severely diminishes the support utility of redmage and summoner (a utility that SE uses to justify their low dps) and just isn't very fun.

With how threadbare it is, could you really justify summoner doing much more damage than even white mage?
Also I think halone's phantom mcflurry attack is rapid physical multihit but doesn't proc vengeance for whatever reason.
Yes, because we can't balance around job difficulty when CBU3 is on a crusade to completely flatten the skill ceiling on every job.
I hate how "basic" 6.0 summoner is as much as the next one, but I don't think the players should get punished for the dev's obsession with creating the most boring and unsatisfying PvE gameplay experience possible.
