That's the big thing. Here, prog this for 70+ hours, and your reward is some ugly ass weapon. It's like the last tier. I had zero drive to do raid content because of the stupid sonic ring portal on the back of the armor or the dorky flames on the shoulders.

I remember when the first CC pvp set came out, and I said it looked overdesigned and reddit shit a chicken.

That flaming ring on the back this is one thing I wish I could block from seeing. It is migraine inducing for me.

All are completely inaccessible for many players with disabilities or other such issues. Its frustrating when this is a game we pay to play and we get cut off from content like this.

Git Gud. I am being completely serious when I say it's a skill issue. Savage isn't something only the elites can do. It's not hard to tune out the other players on most fights since you mostly only need to focus on what you're doing and pray the others are smart enough to get through the mechanic without embracing the floor tank pov. Guides exist for a reason so use them. Ultimates aren't much different. They're just faster, longer, and are more of a mental endurance test. Learn your opener and rotation then you're basically set for life in any content.

The rewards you suggested are redundant anyways. You already get a bis weapon, depending on fight relevancy, and a title from ultimate. It'd certainly be nice to get a second choice of weapon color though.

Yes, please Square Enix. I do not want to earn anything ingame. I want it given to me for free. Don't make gear exclusive. It hurts my feelings when I have to play the game for a few hours, and other people could sit in my AFK spot in Limsa while I'm gone. It would surely be a tragedy. Don't reward people for completing "difficult" content, or through their skills in PvP. Just hand it over to me, for an inexpensive price of free from a vendor.

Exactly. Looking at all the replies here though, it seems like Square Enix is assuming that a lot of people raid. But most people don't and the reason why it seems like a lot of people raid is because a lot of them are terminally online because most of them have no jobs. You can't clear Ultimate or Savage if you have a full-time job and it's aggravating they decided to lock a cute mount behind a no-life activity.

But I am sad that they locked the Morbol mount behind savage content. Iconic Final Fantasy stuff should really be available for everyone!
